The Street Parking Vault is a fitness challenge aimed to build CONSISTENCY. The challenge is to complete the Vault workout (the Monday workout) every week for 25 weeks.

Street Parking members don’t have to do ANYTHING to sign up for the Vault. All you have to do is be consistent, log the Vault workout on time, and keep going until you have completed all 25 Vault workouts. At that point you’ll have proved your consistency… and earned some sweet rewards.

How it works.

The workouts

  • The Weekly Vault Workout: Released every Sunday at 5am PT.
  • Programming: Vault workouts are featured as Monday’s Daily Workout.
  • YouTube Live: SP coaches will go live on the SP YouTube channel to demo the workout and provide commentary every Monday @ 9am PT

When and how to log the workout

  • Each weekly logging window lasts roughly 6-7 days, depending on your time zone. The window opens Sunday at 5:00 AM PT, when the Vault workout is released, and closes the following Saturday at 11:59 PM in your local time zone.
  • Example week:
    • Sunday, January 5 — SPHQ will release the upcoming Vault workout on the app @ 5am PT
    • Monday, January 6 — The Vault workout is the programmed Daily Workout. SPHQ will go live on YouTube with coaches doing the workout @ 9am PT.
    • Saturday, January 11 — Workout results must be logged by 11:59 PM in your local time zone.

The badge

  • On January 5th, 2025 every member will have the 2025 Vault badge in their Trophy Case.
  • Every time you log your Vault workout in the respective timeframe, your Vault badge count will go up until you’ve completed all 25 workouts.
  • You can’t log a Vault workout outside of its weekly window and have it count toward the badge.
  • You can click on your Vault badge to display what Vault workouts you have completed or missed and need to make up in the second round.

When you complete all 25 workouts

  • Once your Vault badge shows all 25 Vault workouts are complete, you will receive an email with access to the Vault shop to purchase the all new and always coveted Vault shirt!

What happens if you miss a workout

  • Each Vault workout is programmed TWICE in a year. If you miss a workout (or miss logging the workout) during the first round, you will have a second opportunity to complete and log the workout during the second round. This is about consistency for the long haul.

SP Kids

Each week, the SP KIDS Vault will be released on the Street Parking YouTube channel (on Fridays) so that kids ages 3-11 have a demo video and version of the Vault that allows them to join in!


Affiliate/Gym Owners

If you are an affiliate/gym owner/trainer and would like your members to participate in the Vault, we’ve made it fun and simple for you! When you opt-in (at no charge), you will receive:

  • A “Vault Welcome Box” to include a few posters and goodies to share.
  • Weekly Class Plans from Coach Carleen
  • Ability to purchase Vault Finisher shirts

Vault FAQs

What happens if I miss a week or forget to log?

The second round of the 2025 Vault workouts will kick off in July 2025. Round 2 will be your ONLY opportunity to complete and submit the workout(s) missed during the first round of 2025.

Can I log multiple Vault workouts in one week to make them up?

You cannot log a workout that is not that week’s Vault workout and have it count toward the 25 workouts on your Vault badge.

How can I make up Vault workouts I missed if I join SP after the first round of the Vault has started?

You will have an opportunity to complete and log any missed workouts during Round 2 when the workouts are programmed again in July–December. If you join during Round 2 and have already missed the “second chance” to log some of the Vaults, you can’t go back and make them up. You won’t earn the badge but you WILL gain some fitness by continuing to do the Vault workouts each week!

Do you have to register for the Vault?

NO.

Do you have to do all Vault workouts consecutively to earn the rewards?

NO. You will have TWO chances to complete and log all 25 Vault workouts. If you miss any in Round 1 (January–June), they will be programmed again in Round 2 (July–December), and you can collect the ones that you missed. You will earn rewards when all 25 Vault Workouts are logged on time.

Does my Vault workout score matter?

NO. But if you are looking to track your progress, it is helpful to log with any notes in case you tackle it in Round 2.
