All Street Parking Members have access to every program/version of the daily workout, programmed six days of the week. The daily program options vary based on the equipment found in each workout. Each daily workout and program has their own demo video, write up and customizations to help you make the program work for your time, equipment or ability. You can pick and choose based on your situation that day, or as you progress!
Program options include Program A (dumbbell), Program B (barbell), Program C (other such as sandbag, bike, rower) and SHIFT - the simplified version and a great place to start for those new to this style of training, those returning from illness/injury, for pregnant/postpartum mamas, seniors, and even kids.
Make no mistake: the dumbbell version (Program A) is not EASIER than the barbell version of the same workout! Dumbbells oftentimes are more simple to learn the movements with and many people have success starting with those first, not to mention their affordability and ease of use in limited space. Dumbbells are truly all you need for your Daily Workout and we will show you how.
Street Parking offers over 40 Extra Programs covering a variety of fitness genres that can be incorporated if you want to focus on developing a specific skill, type of training, or simply for additional variety on a weekly basis.
Options include Strength programs (Starting Strength, Dumbbell Strength, Bodyweight Strength), Sandbag workouts, Olympic lifting sessions, Bodybuilding sessions(Butts & Guts, Suns Out Guns Out, Bro Sessions), Military Test Prep Training, Endurance, 5k and Half Marathon Training, and skill development such as Pull Up programs, Push Up programs and more.
These workouts are NOT mandatory and the Daily Workout is more than enough for building and maintaining a solid daily fitness routine. But if you have the extra time, equipment, or a simple desire to add in one or more than one of these workouts, you have access to everything with your membership. #fitnessfreedom

Every member also has access to over 200 videos in the Movement Library and Technique Library with in-depth instruction on how to move as effectively and efficiently as possible, and stay injury-free. Use these resources if you are new to this style of movement or anytime you need a refresher. You can search, sort by equipment type and visually learn the cues to keep moving well.
Every member has access to tools for helping create and sustain simple yet effective habits around your nutrition. This includes ongoing access and support from the Nutrition Coaches and team, a robust nutrition blog with education, tips, and video resources; a collection of weekly recipes; and the opportunity to participate in several challenges and focus groups throughout the year with the support of the SP Community.
Additional tools such as the Street parking Nutrition Templates and Small Group Coaching are available for purchase and come with specific guidance to help you take control of your nutrition in a way that works for you. We don't believe in fad diets, cuts or macronutrient elimination diets, or any sort of eating schedule that you won't be able to follow for the rest of your life, and our coaches can help you do just that.
